Upholding the importance of meeting the most passionate, dedicated farmers and other suppliers, I will create dynamic yet casual dishes. My desire is to create dishes that help people “connect” with others. I hope to convey the thought and care that the growers pour into their produce through my cooking. I look forward to seeing you here.

I believe “the right answer is always in the guest’s heart.” By looking at the guest’s face and gestures, I strive to understand what they need and want, and to provide exactly that. I have hand-selected a variety of beverages so that guests can enjoy their meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
It is my aim to ensure that our guests derive maximum enjoyment from their special time at Nikko Style Nagoya. I am ever guided by the principle of “today better than yesterday, and tomorrow better than today.” I look forward to welcoming each and every guest to our hotel in that spirit at their convenience.
