A special collaborative course created by Hamamatsu City, Kosai City, and style kitchen
Organized by: Hamamatsu City and Kosai City

As part of an initiative to showcase the culinary charms of Hamamatsu and Lake Hamana, we are partnering with Hamamatsu City, Kosai City, and JAL to offer a course featuring an abundance of ingredients from the Hamamatsu and Lake Hamana regions at our restaurant for three months.
We have delicately prepared carefully selected ingredients—such as eel from Lake Hamana, fresh fish from Enshū Nada, and Kosai Pork—to create dishes that allow you to experience the charm of Hamamatsu with every bite.
