At Nikko Style Nagoya, we provide a main dish and a light buffet as a set for breakfast.
The buffet is a salad bar that uses many herbs and 15 vegetables.
To go with the salad bar, you choose your main dish, such as scrambled eggs using locally sourced ingredients, and french toast. The main dish will be brought to your table.
The buffet also includes milk from the three Tokai prefectures (Aichi, Gifu, and Mie), miso soup using miso from Mikawa (Aichi prefecture), and more.

We will hold two special programs to enjoy traditional Japanese culture in a unique way on November 3rd; an Ikebana workshop in English during the daytime, and in the evening, a special dinner and show of a traditional Japanese dance performance by two geiko.
