The set comes in two types: the “Light Set,” an easy-to-use set even for beginners, and the “Professional Set,” which features tools carefully selected by coffee enthusiasts who want to try something special.

In particular, the “Professional Set” includes the COMANDANTE coffee grinder, a favorite among professional baristas, a FELLOW kettle with adjustable heating temperature, and the ORIGAMI Sensory Flavor Cup and ORIGAMI Dripper used by the winner of the 2019 World Brewers Cup (WBC).

Nikko Style Nagoya’s long-awaited original craft beer has been appeared in late July 2025 as a part of 5th anniversary’s celebration!

The name ‘GOLD/EN Fiiive 0807’ (pronounced “golden five”) encapsulates the gratitude for the connections forged with our guests, the five years filled with love, and the significance of the hotel’s opening day.

This special brew, realized by conveying our heartfelt wishes to Nagoya-based craft brewery “Y.MARKET BREWING,” features the vibrant hop aroma characteristic of American IPA, with a light, refreshing mouthfeel and subtle citrus notes, offering a meticulously crafted taste experience.

A sophisticated treat for adults, layering deep cacao with the tartness of berries.
Topped with Cremia soft serve, a chocolate board, and a special black sesame cacao nib tuile. Pour the warm, separately served espresso sauce over it for a bittersweet, adult affogato flavor.
The middle layer features ruby chocolate ice cream and brûlée cream, spiced mixed berry compote, passion fruit sauce, and black sesame chocolate crunch for varied flavors and textures.
The bottom layer combines gianduja chocolate (a type of chocolate with hazelnut notes) ice cream, tiramisu cream, and refreshing blueberry jelly for a splendid finale.
