Building Power Shutdown for Mandatory Electrical Facility Inspection

We sincerely thank you for your continued support at Nikko Style Nagoya.

Please be advised that we will be conducting a mandatory inspection of our electrical facilities on the following date at our hotel:

Inspection Date and Time: Monday, June 10th, 2024 from 14:00 to 16:00 JST

During the inspection, there will be a complete power shutdown throughout the building. Therefore, we kindly request guests arriving on the day of / staying during the day of the inspection to take note of the following:

While we have taken all necessary security and disaster prevention measures during the shutdown, we kindly request all guests to refrain from entering the hotel premises during the specified period.

1. To our guests already staying with us (Guest rooms)
■ Guests arriving on June 10th:
Check-in procedures and room guidance will be available from 18:00 onwards.
Guests arriving before 18:00 may leave their luggage with us.

■ Guests staying on June 10th:
During the power outage, all electrical facilities within the hotel, including elevators, automatic doors, lighting, air conditioning, internet connection, television, outlets, and hot water supply will all be suspended. Please refrain from staying in your room or entering the hotel during this period.

■ Guests departing on June 10th:
Please note that we are unable to extend the check-out time on June 10th.
(Check out at 11:00, Guests staying in Deluxe + Floor Room at 12:00)

2. Restaurant Operations Notice
1F style kitchen’s operation hours for June 10th are as follows:
・Restaurant:
Lunch: 11:30 ~ 13:30 (Last order at 12:30)
Dinner: (Regular service): 17:30 ~ 21:30 (Last order at 20:30)
・Cafe & Bar:
10:00 ~ 13:00 (Last order at 13:00) / 17:30 ~ 21:30 (Last order at 20:30)

3. Parking Usage Notice
Entrance and exit to the parking lot will be unavailable from 13:30 to 16:30 for June 10th.
