The former Birthday Benefit has been renewed as the “Anniversary Benefit,” allowing you to celebrate meaningful moments with someone special.
Members registered by March 2026 will automatically have their birthday set as their anniversary. Beginning April 2026, you may change this date to another meaningful occasion — such as a wedding anniversary or a family member’s birthday — via My Profile in your account.
Only one anniversary date may be registered.
Both the Anniversary Dessert (available to all members) and special anniversary room rates (eligible Elite members) may each be used once per year between April and March, within a three-month window including the anniversary month and the month before and after.
*Blackout dates: December 22 to January 5.
Reservations are required in advance. Please provide your name and membership number when using the service.
Members celebrating their anniversary while dining will receive a complimentary anniversary dessert.
Reservations must be made at least three days in advance, and you must inform us that you wish to use this benefit.

You can redeem points starting from 500 points with 1 point = JPY1 toward hotel payment (stay, restaurant, bar).
Points never expire as long as you continue earning or redeeming them. Each qualifying activity extends validity for 24 months from the date of use.
※Points earned before the March 2026 revision will have their validity reset to 24 months from the revision date.
