A unique “3-in-1” parfait & the second collaboration with “Aderia Retro”
From December to the end of February, you can enjoy a parfait with Cream puff, Pudding and Coffee jelly at “style kitchen Cafe & Bar.”

The rich cream, which suits the coming of the cold season, a bitter coffee flavor at the top and bottom of the parfait, and a winter citrus sauce incorporated in the middle to create an acquired taste.
Please enjoy the parfait while admiring the retro and cute design of the glass with legs.

Top of the Parfait: Cream Puff
The fluffy homemade cream puff is filled with coffee-flavored Cremia soft-serve ice cream, tiramisu cream, and white chocolate chips.

Upper: Custard Pudding
The homemade custard pudding, made using the “Kin no Tamago” (Golden Eggs) from Miyazawa Egg Farm in Toyota City, is made to be a little firmer than usual, so you can really taste the sweetness and richness of the eggs.
The mandarin orange sauce underneath the pudding gives it a refreshing aftertaste.

Bottom: Specialty Coffee Jelly
The jelly made with the original Nikko Style Nagoya blend coffee from TRUNK COFFEE has a refreshing, crisp taste.
When combined with maple syrup and rum raisin ice cream, it creates a rich, sophisticated flavor.

About “Aderia Retro”
“Aderia” is a cherished brand of tableware created in 1961 by Ishizuka Glass, a long-established glassware manufacturer based in Iwakura City, Aichi Prefecture. The “Aderia Retro” series is a remake of the Aderia glassware that was once used in Showa-era households, in response to the Showa-era retro boom that has spread among young people in Japan in recent years, so that it can still be used today.

Column “Our Favorites” - ORIGAMI “Barrel Aroma Cup and Mug”

This is a column where people who are both self-confessed “travel lovers” and “experienced travelers” introduce their “top picks” that they discovered when they stayed at NIKKO STYLE NAGOYA.

For this second entry, we have hotel researcher “Koja”.
What is the item that he has been using at home since he first encountered it during his stay?

<The ORIGAMI Cup, which took over three years to complete>

In the world of specialty coffee, there is an important concept called “FROM SEED TO CUP.” This is the idea of thoroughly controlling the quality of all processes, from the cultivation and harvesting of the beans to production processing, transportation, roasting, extraction, and finally the cup.
Here at NIKKO STYLE NAGOYA, we show an extraordinary commitment to the final process of the cup.

The ORIGAMI brand aroma cups, which were adopted in collaboration with the local “TRUNK COFFEE” shop, have a barrel shape like a wine glass, and are designed to allow you to fully enjoy the aroma!
The matte texture and pastel colors blend in naturally with the interior of the guest rooms. There are two sizes available: a cute, compact 210cc size and a full-sized 320cc size. They are also sold at the hotel, so they can be used as a way to encourage guests to try authentic coffee at home.

The attention to detail in the Nikko-style architecture and interior design appeals to the sense of sight. At the same time, the high-performance speakers create an audio environment that appeals to the sense of hearing.
This cup is an item that embodies attention to detail in the sense of touch, taste, and even smell.

Here, you will find a selection of “real” equipment that has been carefully considered down to the smallest detail of the five senses.
