Parfait in October 2024
“Time Travel”
Price: 1,500 yen (including consumption tax and service charge)

In Japan, “Showa Retro” has been booming in recent years, especially among young people.
Showa Retro refers to the nostalgia for the culture and lifestyle of Japan during the Showa era (1926-1989).
It was a time when sophisticated Western culture and customs rapidly penetrated the daily lives of ordinary people. Integrating with the creativity unique to the Japanese led to the creation of wonderful and unique products and events all at once.
In the world of sweets, too, many flavors were born in the Showa era and passed down with love through generations.
“Pudding a la mode” and “cream soda” are typical examples of these tastes.

We will serve a unique parfait combining these two tastes at style kitchen for the month of October only.
The top part of the parfait is in the style of “pudding a la mode.”
The homemade pudding is the star of the show, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and the gentle sweetness of maple syrup.
The middle part is filled with Cremia soft serve ice cream and fruits, and the bottom part is reminiscent of a cream soda.
It also contains melon-flavored soda water, offering a variety of tastes and textures.

For Japanese people, this parfait is nostalgic, yet new, and full of dreams.
Please also enjoy the “Showa Kawaii” design by the glassware brand “Adelia Retro.”
