This dish features fluffy, finely textured ice topped with plenty of mango syrup, layered with original acai sauce and pineapple espuma. Inside the ice, we’ve hidden creamy CREMIA soft-serve ice cream and crunchy caramelized walnuts to add texture and flavor. The surrounding jelly with hydrangea-like color, shaped like the Milky Way, give a refreshing and cool visual presentation.

The corn soft serve has a cold soup-like flavor, while the sweet corn “Gold Rush” is marinated in honey from Mie Prefecture. Caramel sauce and brûlée cream bring out the gentle sweetness of the corn. The top of the parfait is adorned with pineapple espuma and corn husk-inspired kadayif decorations, combined with caramelized walnuts and a sprinkle of black pepper for a flavorful accent.
