The “acai bowl,” which is making a comeback in Japan, especially among Gen Z, can now be enjoyed as a luxurious parfait!

This new-style parfait combines the healthy acai bowl, made with acai—a “superfood” that has recently gained attention in Japan after a decade—with creamy “Cremia soft serve ice cream” and a langue de chat cone, available for a limited time in May and June at style kitchen.
The original acai bowl features Greek yogurt, fruits, Mie Prefecture-produced “Kuwana Honey,” coconut flakes, mango mint marinate, and more, with a light taste and texture enhanced by the sweet-tart flavor of acai, thanks to the use of langue de chat instead of granola and maple rusk.
The slight bitterness from black chocolate chips and cocoa nibs, along with the gentle sweetness from pineapple caramelized at the bottom of the glass and coconut jelly, adds depth to the flavor.
