Reservations
When do you start taking reservations?

Starting this month, we are booking reservations up to a year in advance. As availability fluctuates often, you may have to adjust your dates.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in starts at 3:00pm. The check out time for Deluxe and Premier Floors is 11:00am, and 12:00pm for Deluxe + Floors.

Moreover, One Harmony Exclusive members and Loyal members can also take advantage of the 12:00pm check out.

Is there a curfew?

No; the hotel is open 24 hours. However, if you plan on checking in after 12:00am, please let us know in advance.

Can I have my luggage sent to the hotel prior to my arrival?

Yes. We will keep your luggage at the front desk. We ask that you clearly have your name and the dates for your reseravations written and attached to your luggage.

Do you hold luggage before check in and after check out?

Yes. For both before check in and after check out, we will keep your luggage at our front desk.
When leaving your luggage with us after checking out, we ask that you pick them up by the end of that day.

What age children are allowed to co-sleep?

Children 12 years and under can stay for free, and can share a bed with an adult.
One child per bed is permitted.
Breakfast is not complimentary, so if you are traveling with a child 12 years or under, please let us know if you wish to order breakfast for that child.

Do you have amenities for children?

We have amenities and robes for children.
The robe is sized for 125-135cm (roughly 4ft 1in to 4ft 5in).
The amenities include a tooth brush, slippers, and a body towel.
Please let the front desk know if you would like these amenities in your room.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not.
If you would like adjoining rooms, please let us know in advance.

Do you have a large public bath?

Unfortunately, we do not have a public bath in our hotel.
Every guest room in our hotel has its own private bath room.

Are there any wheel chair accessible rooms?

Yes, we have one wheel chair accessible room on the second floor (a Deluxe Floor).
The doors to the room and in the bathroom are wide enough to accomodate a wheelchair, and the bath room is equipped with handrails and a emergency call button.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Our cancelleation fees are as follows:

One Day Prior to the Reseravation: 20%
The Day of the Reservation: 80%
No-show for the Reservation: 100%

The cancellation fee may differ depending on what hotel plans.
Also, large groups of 8 or more guests also have a different fee.

Can you arrange flowers or cakes for a special occasion?

Cakes are available in a variety of sizes.
Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance.
* Arrangement such as message cards in your room can be prepared in advance.
※ As a delivery fee to your room, we will charge ¥300 as an additional fee to the cake price.

Is there any place to park a motorcycle or a bike?

The hotel does not have a parking lot for motorcycles and bikes unfortunately. Please use parking area around the hotel.

Is it possible to call food delivery service such as Uber Eats?

The hotel suggests that the guests make an arrangement by themselves and receive it in the lobby. For a security reason, delivery staff are not allowed to enter your room. The hotel will not be concerned with the problems occurred.

Do you have a microwave?

Please note that there is no microwave in the hotel. However, we will make an assistance for preparing baby foods.

Are there any conveniences stores near the hotel?

There is “Family Mart Meieki-Yanagibashi Branch” about three-minute away from the hotel toward Nagoya Station.

Which vouchers can be used for payment?

JAL coupons, JAL travel vouchers, JCB gift cards, VISA gift cards, and UC gift cards are available.

【Precautions】
◎JAL Coupon: It can be used only when you make a room reservation by yourself or on the phone.
Our restaurant also accepts those tickets.
* Reservations for your stay made through travel agencies cannot be used.

◎JAL travel vouchers: Available for both reservations and restaurant.

Do you allow minors to stay?

We kindly ask for a letter of parental consent. You can download the form from the bottom of our website, so please confirm and submit it upon check-in.

Is early check-in and late check-out available?

Check-in is usually from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. * Check-out for Deluxe Plus floor is 12:00.

Additional charges allow you to check-in earlier than normal check-in time.
¥2,500 per hour from 10:00.
If you would like to check-in before 10:00, extra one night accommodation fee of the day before will be charged.

Additional charges allow you to check-out later than normal check-out time.
Extension until 15:00 is available for¥2,500 per hour.
If you would like to check-out after 15:00, extra one night accommodation fee of the day will be charged.

Note: Late Check-out and Early Check-in are subject to availability.

Do you have a room service?

Please note that room service is not available.

Are there any rental items such as sportswear and shoes for the fitness gym?

Training shoes and sportswear are not available for rent, so please bring your own and use the fitness gym.

Can I make a reservation at Style Kitchen “Cafe & Bar”?

Please note that reservations are not available except for afternoon tea.

Restaurant
What time is breakfast, and how much does it cost?

Style Kitchen (on the first floor): 7:00-10:00am (last order 9:30am)
3,400 yen for and adult, and 2,100 yen for children 5 and under.
Same price for children 6 years old and up as adults.

Do you have baby food?

Unfortunately we do not.
We ask that guests bring their own.
There are no restrictions as to what is allowed.

Does the restaurant have plates for children?

We have plates for children as well as high chairs.

Are service animals allowed to stay at your hotel?

Yes. If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

Is there any benefit for parking service from the hotel?

30 minutes free parking service can be received for every 3,000 yen you spend at our restaurant.

Do you have a dress code?

There is nothing in particular.

Do I need to make a reservation at the restaurant?

It is not mandatory, but we recommend to make a reservation.

Can you arrange something special for anniversary or birthday?

If you request at the time of booking, we can prepare an anniversary plate.

Is there a private room?

We have two private rooms. Please check the restaurant webpage in details.

Which vouchers can be used for payment?

JAL coupons, JAL travel vouchers, JCB gift cards, VISA cards, and UC gift cards are available.
* Please note that JAL coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits.

Miscellaneous
Is the entire building non-smoking?

Yes, all of our rooms and the restaurant are non-smoking; however, we do provide a smoke room on the first floor.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes. We have a parking deck on the west side of the hotel. It is 1,800 yen per night (3:00pm-11:00am).
If you would like to use the parking deck past the checkout time, or use it for general parking, it is 250 yen every 30 minutes.
There are some limitations because it is a parking deck. Your vehicle must be 5.3m or less in length, 2.3m or less in width, 1.55m or less in height, and 2,300kg or less in weight.
We do not take reservations for parking spaces; it is on a first come, first serve basis.
If your vehicle is too large for our parking deck, or the deck is full, we can provide you with information on nearby parking.
For those dining at the hotel restaurant, the first 2 hours are free, but if you stay longer, it will be 250 yen for every 30 minutes past the 2 hour limit.

Are there vending machines and ice machines?

Unfortunately, we do not have vending machines.
We do have ice machines on floors 3, 6, 9, and 12.

Can anyone use the gym?

Any guest 18 and older can use our fitness facility 24 hours for no additional charge.
We provide a water cooler and towels in the gym.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in the entire building.

Is there a laundry facility?

Unfortunately, we do not.
We do offer laundry services.

Do you do currency exchanges?

We have a currency exchange machine on the first floor.

Do you have wheelchairs for rental?

Yes. Please let us know in advance if you wish to rent one of our wheelchairs.
