This pavlova is as beautiful as a wedding dress, and its delicate appearance evokes the arrival of spring.
In addition to the light texture of the meringue, you can enjoy the sweet and sour, rich flavors of the large strawberries, brûlée cream, and strawberry and mascarpone ice cream. Please enjoy this with the extra sauce, which is full of strawberry pulp.
