In particular, the “Professional Set” includes the COMANDANTE coffee grinder, a favorite among professional baristas, a FELLOW kettle with adjustable heating temperature, and the ORIGAMI Sensory Flavor Cup and ORIGAMI Dripper used by the winner of the 2019 World Brewers Cup (WBC).

The Fig and Pear Parfait is one of our most popular seasonal original parfaits offered throughout the year.

The parfait is topped with rich, milky “CREMIA” soft serve ice cream, chocolate tuile, fresh cream, and refreshing pears in syrup. The coolness of the soft serve ice cream and the refreshing taste of the pears are a great way to combat the lingering summer heat.
Aichi figs are sliced and layered so that their mellow sweetness and freshness can be emphasized.
Granola, maple ice cream, and fig compote are layered with red wine sauce and fig jelly for a sophisticated taste.
