Our Response toCOVID-19

As we face the spread of COVID-19, here are things we are doing to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff.
We have set up hand sanitizing stations at the two hotel entrances.
On top of our regular cleaning, we are taking additional cleaning measures; we are disinfecting and wiping hand rails in the stairwell, tables, chairs, buttons in the elevator, toilets, toilet handles, etc.
We are disinfecting the air in the hotel’s public areas using a special hypoclorous acid water air purifier.

●Social Distancing
We are limiting the number of guests in facilities such as the elevator.
In our restaurant, we are spacing tables out to ensure guests can safely practice social distancing.
We are currently refraining from showing guests to their rooms; however, we will assist guests with luggages only as needed.

●Stopping The Spread
We have set up plexiglass shields at our front desk, register at the restaurant, and other places to prevent the spread.
When paying in cash, we will provide a small tray to place the cash on to avoid contact.
When needed, we will wear face guards to assist guests.

●Our Policy For Our Staff
All staff will be wearing a mask at all times.
All staff will have their temperature checked as well as for other symptoms when arriving to work.
Our staff will santize and/or wash their hands often, not just when arriving to work.
If a staff member recovers from an illness, their supervisor will determine whether they are fit to return to work after assessing their symptoms.
We are asking our staff to limit and restrict travel outside the prefecture except for emergencies.

●For Our Guests
We ask that all of our guests wear a mask in the building.
Please let us know if you have any symptoms such as a cough or a fever.
Please sanitize your hand when entering our building.
We will ask all guests to fill out a questionnaire about their current health and international travel history when checking in.
When waiting in line at the front desk or at the restaurant register, please maintain safe distance between you and other guests.
Due to the current situation, we may have to limit services such as the restaurant and other facilities on site.
